This policy applies to the Easy Sutra mobile application and related in-app features.

Easy Sutra ("the App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App may process, why it is processed, where it is stored, and what choices you have.

① How the App basically works

The App's core features, including scripture reading, search, bookmarks, reading progress, memos, and reading preferences, are designed to work primarily on your device.

The App does not require account registration or login, and the developer does not store account-style personal information such as your name, phone number, or date of birth on a first-party server.

② Data the App may process

The App may process the following categories of data:

Data you create or save in the App Bookmarks, reading progress, memos, and app preferences such as font size, theme, and TTS settings
File data you choose Files you select when using CSV backup and restore features
Data related to advertising and privacy choices The App may use Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The App does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not use an ATT-based tracking authorization flow. However, in connection with advertising, legal compliance, fraud prevention, diagnostics, service operations, and privacy choice management, Google or its partners may process information such as app and device information, IP address, ad interaction data, consent/privacy choice status, and identifier-related information where legally permitted.

③ Why data is processed

Data is processed only for purposes such as:

Providing reading, search, bookmarks, memos, and reading progress features
Saving your preferences and improving your app experience
Providing CSV backup and restore features
