Bloomix Crush ("the App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App may process, why it is processed, where it is stored, and what choices you have.

① How the App basically works

The App's core features, including level progress, best scores, and other in-game settings, are designed to work primarily on your device.

The App does not require account registration or login, and the developer does not store account-style personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or date of birth on a first-party server.

② Data the App may process

The App may process the following categories of data:

Data you create or save in the App Level progress, best scores, current board state, and app preferences.
Data related to advertising and privacy choices The App uses Unity LevelPlay and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The App does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission and does not use an ATT-based tracking authorization flow. However, in connection with advertising, legal compliance, fraud prevention, diagnostics, service operations, and privacy choice management, Unity, Google or their partners may process information such as app and device information, IP address, ad interaction data, consent/privacy choice status, and identifier-related information where legally permitted.

③ Why data is processed

Data is processed only for purposes such as:

Providing game saves, level progression tracking, and setting customization features
Saving your preferences and improving your app experience
Displaying ads and managing advertising-related consent or privacy choices
Maintaining service stability, responding to errors, and preventing abuse or misuse
